- Why doesn't the Costco down here carry bananas?
- The after effects of a "real" sunburn are a disgusting new experience for me. Peeling is horrible and I hope it never happens again. Oh, and I will carefully inspect all bottles of sunscreen to ensure that they are indeed waterproof!
- Kelly and I have been enjoying the grayish and drizzly weekend, but I think we are quite possibly the only people who feel that way.
- In the future, I plan to never again take having a washer/dryer in our home for granted. My sister told me that it would get bad and that I would be tempted to just buy new undergarments rather than trek down to the laundry room in our complex. I laughed when she said that, let's just say that I now understand what she was talking about.
- I am a little tired of chicken, that is what we had all week, I am craving steak. Maybe I will attempt barbecuing.
- I woke up after having a dream that I found a dead body in the closet, I was greatly disturbed. After I told Kelly he looked at me and just said, "you watched The Goonies."
Oh yea, I guess the dream wasn't really that scary anyway.
- Kelly was scheduled mandatory overtime, working 13 days (of 12 1/2 hour shifts) over the span of 2 weeks. How is this legal?

Love this-you crack me up! =)
I totally can relate to the laundry thing...my first 6 months prego w/keaton I had to do this...not fun. We would wait until practically every piece of clothing was dirty! =)
It is funny how you can find blessings in the little things-like dishwashers! =)
Hope you are having a great weekend (so sorry to hear about kelly's work week!!)!
1. Perhaps there is a higher percentage of people that have their own banana trees?
2. I can't believe you got sunburned.
3. Thanks for lending us your sun for the weekend, it was glorious.
4. Now you know why I literally have about sixty pairs of underwear. (TMI?) ;)
5. I can see you as a barbeque master
6. Hey you guys!
7. Not legal. Maybe a Washingtonian friend can come down and ease some of the pain.
Totally weird about the bananas...I second what Erin said: too many people with trees, I guess. Also, I don't think I could handle 13-12.5 hr shifts, let alone the 3 I do. It's amazing they make people do that. They better be paying him double and a half or something. I do think you should buy new underwear...what a great excuse to go shopping!! Who needs to do laundry anyway??
