I love it, I almost bought one just like that for Logan a few months back but with forest animals the colors brown blue and green:) great taste :)I love the prints they have on Etsy... N=Newt is Logan's favorite animal! he walks around saying "newt" quite often, and every kind of lizard like creature is a newt... We even had a small lizard living on out back porch last summer and nothing could have thrilled him more. anyway, enough babbaling, it's going to be a cute room...
Love the baby decor! Fun to see it coming along. Glad you've been able to identify the mystery animals. We're learning animal sounds and I often get stumped by it..... like what in the world does a zebra say??

cute! The n is a newt and the x is an xray fish. I can't really see the u one very well. Intriquing!
I was thinking newt too...maybe x is a sea creature...try googling that and see if you find any thing!

Hazel has an alphabet book, and N is Newt, X is X-ray fish, but U is unicorn, so that one doesn't work...Could it be an Urchin (as in Sea Urchin)?
