Blue Skies

Yesterday we woke up to clear skies!

Today it looked even more clear, so hopefully with each day things will

improve down here with the fires.

Today Kelly and I got to work together as extras on Grey's Antatomy. Kelly was a paramedic and a visitor and I was a hospital staff member, I wore baby blue scrubs and at one point a white coat. I was basically just hanging out in the background, so I don't anticipate I will be visible with the final cuts. Kelly heads back tomorrow for more paramedic work, and today as a visitor he was placed right next to Katherine Heigl, the episode is going to be part of a two part episode, I am not sure when it will air, but I think Kelly will be able to be seen for sure. Kelly's full-time job doesn't start until next month, so he is bumming around sets and enjoying the craft services and relaxed atmosphere as an extra. Although, today he was yelled at by a wardrobe lady, she dropped an F-bomb super loud on set because she hadn't noticed that Kelly's jacket had a logo on the front, way to go Mt. Hardware. So, when he was placed next to a principal she became a bit frantic. She was a super petite girl with the tallest Ugg boots I have ever seen, so for the rest of the day Kelly just referred to her as "boots."

Tonight I am going to relax and watch Samantha Who, I actually think it is a cute show, and not too many comedies are headlined by a woman, so I want to see how it plays out.

I scheduled my appointment for new headshots next week, so maybe I will post the results if they turn out. I am really hoping they do, I haven't been really happy with a picture since my sister took my headshots at her college studio when I was 15!
