Snapshot of the Week

The rest of this week went by quickly without any big stories to tell.

We opted to stay in on Halloween, it gets a bit crazy in LA, and we are thankful it is over because people partied LOUD from last Saturday until Wednesday night. We didn't get any trick or treaters, which didn't surprise us, as we have honestly never seen a child in our complex. It was a lot different than last year when I could hardly keep up with the candy demand.

Otherwise, it was a normal week for us, I went to improv class, read some Moliere and worked as an extra on Without a Trace as a laundromat patron. I was placed on top of a washing machine reading a newspaper. The director asked if I could be propped up because I was a bit too short for the shot, one of the crew members brought over little sand bags for me to sit on, as you could imagine they were super uncomfortable. Thankfully, although I sat smiling without a complaint, another crew member noticed and brought over a stack of what looked like bleacher seat pads. I was quite grateful :)

Other highlights included the all you can eat soup, salad and breadsticks Kelly and I had for lunch today at the Olive Garden and shopping for two more 2007 babies, I think Kelly and I counted 17 babies that we knew of being born this year!

PS - The picture is just a random shot from our January Hawaii trip.

I'm assuming the washing machine wasn't turned on...

Otherwise, yikes! Very uncomfortable, I'd imagine.
