The LA Times

So, perhaps LA does have a mini Fall season. Last night we turned the heat on in our car for the first time and actually used a blanket when sleeping. Today I am fully embracing the mini seasonal change as I enjoy a lazy Sunday afternoon complete with a warm cup of apple cider.
Kelly is enjoying his cider too, as he critiques the Detroit SWAT team on tv.
Last night we went to The God Committee, a play about making the decision of which patient in the St. Patrick hospital is most deserving of a heart. The playhouse was very intimate, it was a black box style theatre and Kelly and I sat in the center front row. One of the highlights was seeing a woman I had met on the set of NCIS in the show, she played a psychiatrist whose daughter had just committed suicide last month, her performance was raw and seemed organic, it brought tears to my eyes.
After the play we found a delicious frozen yogurt shop, The YogurTree, I think this will become a regular spot for us, who can pass on fat free delicousness! Another plus were the portions, even the ice cream lover Kelly ordered a small.

And, finally here is the reveal of one of the "Big Girl" shots, I am currently thumbing through literally hundreds of photos, but I am very thankful that I have multiple shots to consider. What a relief, as I was not looking forward to a redo.
