Happy Holidays Indeed!

Happy New Year!
Here I am with my cousins Makenzie and Ashley, we were getting crazier by the hour. We spent a total of 17 hours at Disneyland and California adventure. Above is a picture of us waiting for midnight on Mainstreet Disneyland.
Yes, we bought Minnie Mouse ears! And, yes our names were embroidered on the back, at first my hat came out as Nicloe, but thankfully we caught that.
As Taye would say, "Uh Oh!" This is a preview of what is to come, Makenzie will be getting her driving permit very soon :)
They just couldn't resist, but who can blame them, they were at the happiest place on earth!
Above, on the 30th of December just hanging out, surprisingly it was pretty cold outside, thankfully it warmed up on New Year's Eve.
On the 30th we ate at Joe's Crab Shack. It was the first time eating their for all of us, and it was definitely our kind of place. The lights dim and disco balls spin as servers break into song and dance once an hour. We all wore bibs as you see above and ate yummy crab out of a bucket. Ashley bought a tie dyed shirt, I think the back said, "Peace, Love and Crabs." I didn't notice how moist the crab was until at the end of our dinner the girls and I went to wash our hands and my fingers were so pruny they looked like I had been soaking in a tub for hours. Above is Kelly, his Grandpa "W.W." and his Dad. Bill and Lori hosted a Christmas ham dinner with some of Kelly's family for us on Saturday night.
Keiton with crazy Uncle Kelly. He was our little buddy that night, we played catch with his little basketball and Kelly and I were shocked to see how well our 21 month old nephew could catch the ball. Most little guys are really good at throwing, but just let the ball bounce off of them instead of catching, but not this little one. Here is Kelly's Grandma Pat. She is honestly one of the most joyful people I know. It is always a treat to spend time with her.

Above is Taye opening a Cars car from us at my Grandparents house. Friday night my Grandma made a delicious roast dinner for my family and we ate on her beautiful china. She really made the night feel like Christmas. Thanks Grandma :)
Taye and Je'Markus playing with their matching cars.
I thought this was a funny facial expression from Je'Markus. He looks like he wants to say, "Really, you need more pictures of us..." Too Cute as usual!

Now, rewinding back to Christmas Eve. Kelly enjoying a meatball from our Christmas Eve spread. I tried something new and used Turkey meatballs, Bacon Bits and Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, I highly recommend the combo, they were scrumptious.

The food spread, and yes I realize there were only 2 of us, but making a lot of food is in my genes.

Finally, Christmas roses. They are completely wilted now and on my list to take care of today, but they definitely added some Christmas cheer to our little apartment.

What a wonderful time it looks like you had! I can't believe how big the other Keaton/Keiton is getting! WOW! Too much fun! It makes me want to come visit and go to disneyland...although that would not be my favorite place on earth, but it might be Tim's! =) But he's been a bazillion times, so he can miss out! =)
love ya,
