Nursery News...

Work is underway! Kelly finished all of the painting, Baby Girl's quilt arrived (although it does have a small hole in it, so it has to be exchanged), and her bookshelf and dresser are in the room.
I worked backwards and picked out the paint color first, it is much brighter in person, but you get the idea...
I'm sure I'll be back with more pictures soon!
We bought the paint at Sherwin Williams. Our new favorite place to buy paint. 1 Gallon of VOC free paint was only $30.00 and they can match or custom mix any color. The trim in her room needed some touch up, so Kelly took a piece of trim out of the office closet, and they matched it perfectly!
On an unrelated note, Baby Girl and I booked the Philips photo shoot! I was told it was a Sonicare shoot, which I was thrilled about because although brushing my teeth currently makes me gag a bit, my Sonicare is one of my most favorite possessions. Then... I read the call time info sheet, and it is a Philips Ultrasound print ad. Makes a little more sense why they wanted a prego person. It is for the International Mediterranean market, which sounds fancy, but basically means I get paid much less than a National ad. Cest La Vie, I'm still excited to do this with Baby Girl!

yea!!! SO exciting! what is the name of the color? Is it a gray-ish?
I'll have to remember that about SW. I like the cost!!! Did their paint seem to work well? with one coat or two?
have fun!!!
(love the quilt too)

Love the quilt...too cute! :)

I'm also a little disappointed about the toothbrush add. I really enjoyed the randomness of it all. Ha, ha...that's too funny. You'll have to tell us how the shoot goes. What a fun adventure!

So good to see you the other night. You're absolutely glowing! ;)

Nicole,

I was happy to see your comment about brushing your teeth. I gag every day brushing my teeth now, and I'm happy it's not just me! I totally need to get one of those Sonicare things, too...
